Stefania Trapasso - General Manager

Stefania Trapasso - General Manager Stefania moved over from Rome 13 years ago to work in hospitality. She has worked in a variety of catering roles prior to joining Rushes Restaurant 7 years ago as a catering assistant.
Through Stefania's hard work and dedication she has been promoted several times and she now finds herself in the position of Restaurant Manager.

"I really enjoy coming to work as I simply love the atmosphere at Rushes. The team is really strong and we have all been here a long time and we just enjoy working together. We are all like one big happy family which I believe comes across when our customers come through the door"

Eddie Carroll - Head Chef

Eddie Carroll - Head Chef Eddie has worked as a Chef for over 27 years in several prestigious venues including Harrods, Café Royale and Curzon House Club. Eddie joined the Rushes team 4 years ago as a temporary Chef but enjoyed it so much he stayed!
